Bookings and enquiries

Getting in touch through our contact form, phone, email, or WhatsApp does not automatically book you in for work. All bookings are confirmed directly with us.

Vehicle work

Any work carried out on your vehicle will be agreed with you in advance, including price, before work begins. Where extra work is found to be needed once your vehicle is with us, we will contact you before carrying out any additional work or charging extra costs.

We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or issues with your vehicle that are not related to the work carried out, or for delays caused by parts availability outside our control.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed with you at the time of booking or before work begins.

Liability

We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for any loss or damage that is not a direct result of our negligence.

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer under UK law.
